Kara and I ran 3.1 miles -- no walking. We did it! It was July 11th, a while ago; it was a fun morning, our husbands got up with us, and drove south to Mona. We ran through the Lavender fields, bright, vibrant purple in the midst of browns, yellows and tans of the hay fields. It was fun. Unfortunately, Kara found that she doesn't really enjoy the smell of lavender... but we still had a good time.
